Order Dispatching Information

Bytex-prepared feasibility analyses are downloadable immediately after online PayPal payment or emailed in 6-24 hours to clients using offline payment methods. If using PayPal payment but your downloading fails, just fill-up order form and submit it online.

Customization orders of Bytex-prepared feasibility analyses are emailed to clients in 6-24 hours after complete data submission.

Statistical analyses and feasibility analyses with client-provided data on investments, operating costs, benefits and assumptions are emailed to clients in 12-48 hours after complete data submission.

Feasibility studies not requiring demand-supply surveys, site visitations and technical drawings are emailed to clients in 2-10 days after complete data submission.

Feasibility studies involving demand-supply surveys, site visitations and technical drawings will need much longer time. The client will be properly informed of the specific target date of completion.

Order not received within normal dispatching time may be caused by incorrect or defective email address of client. If arrival of order is delayed, the client is requested to contact Bytex immediately and to provide the correct or alternative email address, if necessary.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of an order can be done while the order has not been emailed to client or has not been downloaded but not later than 60 minutes from time of purchase confirmation. Refund will be made to client's PayPal account only. A minimal 10% plus US$0.30 cancellation charge per transaction will be deducted from net amount paid.

Inasmuch as downloaded or emailed materials can be copied freely, no return will be honored.

To avoid payment frauds, offline paying clients are advised to pay only in exact amounts. Checks are only considered as payments once cleared. Bytex shall not be liable in returning excess payments and reimbursing defective checks.
